Elon Musk's Starlink Gamble

Elon Musk has provided Starlink (a satellite Internet system) to the Ukrainian military to provide battlefield connectivity. It has been a really big deal for the Americans, because they are paying for it.

Recently, there have been Starlink ports that went down in Russian occupied territories. Musk has stated that this was because he didn’t want any Russians getting ahold of the ports and had to resolve the issues with this when they were liberated. This became a huge deal for the Americans again, because it was a national security emergency.

Now, this is where it gets really bonkers. Elon is asking the American government for money TO PAY FOR STARLINK BECAUSE HE CANNOT HIMSELF! He’s a billionaire, isn’t that weird? I think I would have dumped some stocks before I would have asked the Pentagon to do this very thing. He’s also being investigated by the FCC and SEC due to his bid for Twitter again.

Russia is very good at using “useful idiots” and divisive propaganda. Musk has a massive follower base who echoes anything the man says, which drives his even bigger ego. Please also see the bonkers peace plan he had, which had Ukraine capitulating to Russia with no accountability of their war crimes or genocide.

Elon is starting to hang around with some unsavory lads. The type of lads that would love to use him as a “useful idiot” to spread their pro-Russian propaganda to his base. The likes of Joe Rogan and his friends. This makes me wonder if the Starlink gamble is actually a real crisis or is it trying to divide us further as a civilization?
